The Pacific Institute of Management organized a two days Certificate Program cum workshop for the management students to educate them about the Formation & Management of NGOs. The NGO Gayatri Seva Sansthan initially focused around promoting primary education in the tribal areas. However, having worked for couple of year in this area, GSS felt the need of integrated efforts towards multidimensional development for sustainable overall upliftment of the targeted area and mainstreaming of the local tribal community. The organization has grown into three major verticals for integrated development of the local tribal population:-
